I hope it is effective. I am against smoking and have always been. Thanks for bringing this topic to your blog and for our attention. It is never enough to repeat it and to have clever campaigns to warn young and not so young people about the dangers of smiking and second hand smojung as well.

The spots might work for some, they play with the addictive side of smoking (which all smokers will openly deny, but of which they are still afraid) and using the "fish in the hook" metaphor might lead them to think that they will soon be left without air... for good! All in all, I like this campaign, I used to smoke a lot and now I'm trying to convince everybody to quit.
